- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- At least 1 year experience in Billings and Collections, or finance-related roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & Word, Canva, and MS Powerpoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig Area
Job Description
- Prepare timely and accurate billing statements of accounts for clients;
- Monitor proper posting and allocation of payments to ensure accurate financial records;
- File and maintain hard copies of invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents;
- Encode invoices and collections into the monitoring system or database;
- Organize and manage all finance-related records and documentation;
- Ensure the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of billings and related financial reports;
- Retrieve and compile necessary records and reports as required for audits or internal use;
- Maintain and regularly update databases related to invoices, client agreements, and other financial documents;
- Monitor and ensure that financial records are securely stored and properly archived;
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll;
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes;
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment follow-ups;
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and collections;
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as needed;
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM
