Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer to oversee and manage the company's financial transactions and reporting. This position plays a vital role in ensuring proper fund management, accurate documentation, and support for operational and administrative needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses and budget allocations.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements as required.
  • Coordinate with the Billing Staff and Procurement team to ensure timely processing of documents and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial activities.
  • Assist management in analyzing financial data for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
