Job Summary: The Corporate Finance Officer supports the company's capital-raising, financialplanning, and investor relations initiatives. The role ensures that the company has theright funding structure to support loan portfolio growth and business expansion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Bank and Investor Relationship Management

  2. Assist in securing and managing funding from banks, investors, and financial institutions.

  3. Negotiate bank fees, loan terms, and interest rates to ensure favorable arrangements.
  4. Monitor bank performance and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  5. Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams on cash flow and funding needs.

2. Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare regular reports on bank transactions, loan schedules, and investor payables.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies regarding bank and investor accounts.

3. Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Manage fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and loan drawdowns.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend strategies to optimize cash usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) preferred but not required.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance or treasury.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
