Job Summary: Supports the company's capital-raising, financialplanning, and investor relations initiatives. The role ensures that the company has theright funding structure to support loan portfolio growth and business expansion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Bank and Investor Relationship Management

  • Assist in securing and managing funding from banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate bank fees, loan terms, and interest rates to ensure favorable arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams on cash flow and funding needs.
  • Monitor bank performance and ensure smooth execution of transactions.

2. Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend strategies to optimize cash usage.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Manage fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and loan drawdowns.

3. Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare regular reports on bank transactions, loan schedules, and investor payables.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies regarding bank and investor accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) preferred but not required.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance or treasury.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
