Education: Graduate of B.S. in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT or any Supply Chain Management related courses

Related Work Experience: Preferably with 2-year experience in related position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Formulate and implement supply base strategy

§ Process high and low value purchases

§ Prepare costing sheets, POs, recommendation and other documentation required based on the assigned category

§ Prepare high and low value purchases' recommendation

§ Conduct bidding process

§ Monitor PO status

§ Monitor payment of issued POs

§ Prepare reports based on assigned category

§ Ensure timely processing of PRFs and PO issuance

§ Monitor and ensure just in time delivery

§ Ensure that Procurement Policies are properly executed and complied by Business Units.

§ Consistently engage in negotiations to secure the best terms for the organization.
