Job Description
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Utilize platforms like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to manage tasks and deliver feature-aligned solutions, while also communicating updates and new functionalities to enhance user adoption.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes that strengthen the IT platform, establish organizational standards, and support cross-team usage.
  • Collaborate across teams to align engineering strategies with architectural principles, application goals, and business objectives.
  • Oversee CI/CD processes and maintain automated testing frameworks for ITSM workflows and APIs integrated with the ServiceNow platform.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful ServiceNow Engineer Should Have

  • Proficient in ServiceNow, including ITSM, CSDM, and CMDB.
  • Skilled in using Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and managing end-to-end catalog development and deployment.
  • Experienced in API testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Familiar with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps practices.
  • Capable of coordinating across multiple product teams and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders; highly collaborative and team-oriented.
