Salary Range : Open Salary

Location : Makati City

The Role

We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Designer to design and deliver innovative, cost-efficient, and customer-focused solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You'll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions support the company's digital transformation goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design & Architecture: Create scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions following best practices and company standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business and technical teams and translate them into workable solutions.
• Technical Oversight: Guide development teams, review technical designs, define processes, and perform peer reviews.
• Implementation Management: Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Integration: Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, including MID Server management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to enhance processes, improve systems, and introduce new features.
• Compliance & Security: Make sure all solutions follow security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation and provide progress reports.
• Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors, manage statements of work, and oversee billing.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations and resolve escalated issues quickly.
• Budget Awareness: Support budgeting and cost management to ensure solutions are financially viable.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other solution design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify risks or issues and take action to reduce them.
• Team Support: Mentor and coach specialists within your area of expertise and promote collaboration and innovation.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have achelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 6 years' experience with ServiceNow tools and solutions design is required
• At least one certification from ServiceNow (NOW Learning).
• Should have prior experience working in digital transformation environments.
• Deep knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), custom application, and integrations.
• Familiarity with A MDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and Information Technology operations Management (ITOM)
• Understanding of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Proven ability to design complex solutions that meet business and technical needs.
• Experience leading projects and working with multicultural teams.
• Strong integration skills, including MID Server usage.
• Technical understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (to review code and assess complexity).
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
