Position Summary
Handles recruitment, onboarding, and HR support to ensure smooth talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Coordinate with PESO, LGUs, and schools for job fairs and recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and endorse qualified applicants.
- Manage candidate pipelines and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and process onboarding requirements, including pre-employment documents.
- Assist in orientation and integration of new hires.
- Track recruitment and onboarding data using Google Sheets, applying basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, IF).
- Design job ads, posters, and recruitment materials using Canva.
- Maintain proper documentation of recruitment and onboarding records.
- Provide support in other HR functions when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Proficient in Google Sheets (including basic formulas).
- Skilled in Canva for designing recruitment-related materials.
- Familiar with online job posting platforms and recruitment processes.
- Experience coordinating with PESO, LGUs, and participating in job fairs preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Work Arrangement
- In-person work, 6 days a week (9:00 AM –6:00 PM).
- Must be willing to be exposed to other facets of HR beyond recruitment and onboarding.
