Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
  • Coordinate with PESO, LGUs, and schools for job fairs and recruitment activities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and endorse qualified applicants.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and process onboarding requirements, including pre-employment documents.
  • Assist in orientation and integration of new hires.
  • Track recruitment and onboarding data using Google Sheets, applying basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, IF).
  • Design job ads, posters, and recruitment materials using Canva.
  • Maintain proper documentation of recruitment and onboarding records.
  • Provide support in other HR functions when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (including basic formulas).
  • Skilled in Canva for designing recruitment-related materials.
  • Familiar with online job posting platforms and recruitment processes.
  • Experience coordinating with PESO, LGUs, and participating in job fairs preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Work Arrangement

  • In-person work, 6 days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Must be willing to be exposed to other facets of HR beyond recruitment and onboarding.
