Job Summary:

Responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates and a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Post job vacancies on various platforms and actively source candidates through databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and endorse qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements, job offers, and contract signing.
  • Plan and implement onboarding schedules and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records, reports, and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.
  • Support HR projects related to talent acquisition, retention, and employer branding.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment tools/platforms.

Working Arrangement:

  • On-site, 6 days a week, 9AM to 6PM
