Talent Acquisition Staff

Talent Acquisition Staff helps the company find and hire the right people. They will handle the whole hiring process—from knowing what positions are needed, to finding and interviewing candidates, and helping applicant get started once hired. Their goal is to bring in the best talent to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Help improve employer branding and candidate experience
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Prepare job offers and support onboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment or HR (for entry-level roles)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
