Seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Telco Chat Customer Support to join our fast-paced and dynamic team at TalentSync Training and Development. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via online chat channels. Working from our offices in Metro Manila, you will be the friendly voice that helps customers navigate their telecom-related inquiries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via online chat in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of telecom-related topics
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring a smooth resolution process
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed case notes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call centre experience, ideally within the telecoms industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile
