Responsibilities

  • Respond to subscribers' messages and engage in conversations in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Utilize creative communication skills to provide a personalized and fun experience for the subscribers.
  • Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.
  • Keep detailed records of subscribers' interactions and any issues that may arise.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Must live in Manila or is able to move to Manila to work
  • Must be ready for full-time work (fixed schedule: AM, PM, or GY)
  • Reliable laptop/desktop
  • Stable internet connection
  • Backup power source (e.g., UPS, generator)
