About the role

As a Telco Customer Support Representative at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION'), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Metro Manila, offering you the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to the success of our telecommunications business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing accurate information about our products and services
  4. Upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings to enhance the customer experience
  5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance

  1. Experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service
  6. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
