Pr. Coordinator - Enterprise Payments, Check Disbursements

*Summary:*

The associate will be responsible for planning, organizing and exercising leadership around the coordination of workflow and process management related activities. This role will coordinate and monitor the daily workflow in accordance with policies and procedures while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency. This person must demonstrate a strong and functional knowledge of all job functions with the ability to perform as needed. Expected skills also include the ability to problem solve and be detail oriented, while maintaining a focus on risk and controls. This multifaceted job also involves leveraging a practical approach to problem solving, communication, quality and speed to resolution.

*General Responsibilities:***

• Demonstrate strong communication skills through leadership of & participation in meetings with various parties across the bank and vendors to drive resolution to issues and address complex problems
• Identify & support process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Partner with leadership to document and regularly update procedures and process flows
• Actively support special projects at the request of management
• Expected to maintain SME knowledge of processes and support production work to maintain workflow and meet established deadlines.
• Research and identify resolution of complex cases by working with others, utilizing various Bank Systems and reports to obtain detailed information to ensure items are resolved timely and accurately
• Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

*Basic Qualifications:*

• Two (2) years college level education or equivalent bank work experience
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and with good judgment
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*

• At least 1 year of customer service or banking experience

Eligibility Criteria for IJP:

• Associate must have a recent rating of at least a "Strong" or above
• Associate's current time in position, as noted on Workday is greater than or equal to 6 months
• Associate is not actively on any type of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
• Associate must not have any written warning corrective action and up in any stage of the application process
• Associate must meet all minimum requirements and Basic Qualifications (BQs) of the job, as outlined in the internal job posting

NOTES:

• Work Setup: B&M / Onsite
• Work Schedule: 5 PM to 2 AM Manila Time, Mondays to Fridays, Weekends Off (may vary during training)
• Preferably Sr. Coordinators from Bank Operations
• Promotion through IJP is only up to Senior Associate level for Operations Groups
