We're looking for a PR Specialist who can amplify our voice in the beauty industry , someone who loves storytelling, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and knows how to turn brand buzz into meaningful visibility.

The PR Specialist will shape how the world sees the brand by managing media relations, building influencer connections, and ensuring our brand shines with consistency, authenticity, and heart.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies that keep the brand top of mind in the beauty scene.
  • Craft press releases, media kits, and creative pitches that tell our brand story in a fresh, engaging way.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and digital creators.
  • Plan and coordinate press features, interviews, and beauty event coverages.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure one strong, consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Monitor media coverage, online sentiment, and beauty trends to spot opportunities (or manage crises , with grace and glam).
  • Support launches, campaigns, and events that showcase ChuChu Beauty's playful yet empowering identity.
  • Measure the success of PR initiatives through analytics, media impressions, and engagement.
  • Help nurture internal communications to keep our team aligned and inspired.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations (experience in beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries is a big plus).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Existing media or influencer network or the charm to build one fast.
  • Strong understanding of digital PR, brand storytelling, and social media trends.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident under pressure (because launches = deadlines = excitement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
