About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Select Goods' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and develop assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and recommendations to secure new business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Continuously monitor and analyse client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account planning and execution
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account activities, pipeline, and performance to management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • A strategic mindset, business acumen, and a customer-centric approach
