About the role

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at SALON DE ROSE, INC.' Based in the vibrant city of Cebu City Cebu, this full-time position will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging campaigns that effectively promote our products and services to our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and attract leads through digital and traditional channels (social media, email, ads, etc.).
  • Track marketing performance, assess sales results, and suggest improvements to achieve targets.
  • Assist the sales team with presentations, product demos, and customer outreach to close deals.
  • Use marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads, qualify them, and pass them on to the sales team for conversion.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our marketing processes and campaigns.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of strong experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry (beauty & salon products).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
