WORK SUMMARY

Strategically and tactically manage the assigned brand and its product category/portfolio in order to build and grow the brand equity of TIIC as well as achieve sales target.

Oversee the product category/portfolio through effective planning and efficient planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the department's functions such as Brand Management, Product Marketing and Development, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Merchandising, and Marketing Research.

WORK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designs research plan to serve as guide for the implementation of the market research.
  • Gathers data and makes analysis of branding survey, product sales, industry trends, target market, competition's pricing, positioning, promo, and government regulations.
  • Gathers feedback from Customers, distribution channels, and other sources to develop good Market Insights.
  • Designs and conceptualizes strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned brand.
  • Establishes product and brand positioning based on market segmentation.
  • Keeps track of product's sales performance and boost sales with market-driven marketing programs to ensure achievement of sales target.
  • Conceptualizes, develops, and plans brand extensions, cross selling, and new product launching.
  • Develops a marketing campaign for the product that is aligned to its brand plan.
  • Conceptualizes and oversees implementation of marketing events, above the line, and below the line communication tools to create demand pull.
  • Provides input to Supply Chain Planning for volume forecast based on awarded projects and promotions implements.

WORK SPECIFICATION

  • Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Mass Communication or any business course.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in leading teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
