Job Summary

The Marketing Officer supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital marketing, branding, and events. This role focuses on coordination, implementation, and day-to-day execution while working closely with internal teams, medical professionals, and external partners to ensure smooth and effective marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute Clinica Prime events from preparation to breakdown, ensuring smooth on-site operations
  • Work with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver events on time and within brand standards
  • Prepare event timelines, setup plans, and checklists
  • Conceptualize and coordinate branded corporate giveaways and marketing materials
  • Support social media posting, scheduling, and basic content adaptation
  • Monitor online engagement and escalate inquiries or concerns when necessary

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or coordination roles
  • Exposure to digital marketing, branding, or event management is an advantage
  • Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is a plus

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
