JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Officer assists the Immediate Superior in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and programs of MIHCA. The position ensures that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the institution's corporate direction, branding standards, and enrollment growth objectives.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Immediate Superior in executing MIHCA's marketing strategies and promotional programs in alignment with institutional goals.
  • Help prepare departmental marketing plans, enrollment targets, activity schedules, and budget proposals.
  • Conduct market research on education and training trends, competitors, and student demographics to support enrollment and brand growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing programs to increase student enrollment and market share.
  • Support the conceptualization, design, and production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media content, and event materials.
  • Monitor and help maintain MIHCA's corporate image and reputation through coordination with public relations agencies, media partners, schools, industry partners, and professional organizations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on market trends, training opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing the annual marketing plan and budget for review and approval by the Department Head.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in marketing, market research, or brand management is an advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tools is a plus
