Act as the liaison between an organization and its digital audience on different online platforms. This position is the voice, tone and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust both online and in-person.

Community Officer will also be in-charge of customer feedback ensuring the proper monitoring from engagement to monitoring of resolution.

Qualification:

Graduate of AB Mass Communication, BS Business Administration major in Marketing, Management and other related degree programs.

Preferable skills & experience at least 2 years of work experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation and Data Analytics & Strategy.

Should be able to multi-task & work with a team or independently

Adaptable to any work-related environment

Must be detail-oriented, organized and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
