Job Qualifications:

  • At least High School (Grade 10 or Fourth-Year) Graduate.
  • Must be Eighteen (18) years old and above.
  • Preferably with at least One (1) experience in housekeeping and janitorial services.
  • Honest, reliable and hardworking.
  • Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain office areas, restrooms, hallways, and other common areas.
  • Assist in the cleanliness and sanitation of production areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, and cleaning materials.
  • Assist in office and furniture arrangements during company events or changes.
  • Monitor and report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Support in loading and unloading deliveries or office supplies.
  • Perform errands or messenger tasks when necessary.
  • Follow company safety protocols and report any health and safety hazards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
