  • Graduate of CE, EE, ME, IE or any Business course
  • With at least 5 years relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purchase Transaction/Procedure

  • Purchases parts, materials, supplies, equipment or services of limited complexity;
  • Communicates with suppliers relative to invoicing discrepancies and adheres to guidelines;
  • Processes all requisitions and places purchase orders including follow-on activity;
  • Resolves discrepancy report including invoice referrals and other reports;
  • Ensures compliance to the time, cost and quality requisites of each transaction;
  • Negotiates the price and develops professional relations with existing vendors/new vendors;
  • Recommends new suppliers and sub cons to accredited list and de listing of non performing suppliers and sub con;

Client Relationship

  • Responds to customer inquiries especially for short lead time requirements;

Document Management

  • Maintains purchase documentation necessary for audit readiness
