As a Purchasing Officer at Ladurée Manila, you will play a key role in ensuring that our stores and operations are always stocked with the right products, ingredients, and materials. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and management to maintain smooth operations, control costs, and uphold the quality standards that Ladurée is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational needs.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Monitor and manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Review invoices, reconcile purchase orders, and liaise with Finance for payment processing.
  • Track market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Culinary teams to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly.
  • Ensure all purchased items meet Ladurée's quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate reports on expenditure, supplier performance, and inventory status.
  • Assist in vendor audits and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Support management in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
