The Role

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic 
Head of Business Development
 to lead OA's next phase of growth. This senior leader will own revenue generation, sales strategy, and client acquisition.

You'll build and lead a high-performing sales organization, shape OA's go-to-market strategy, and forge partnerships that expand our global footprint — particularly in the U.S., U.K., and ANZ markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute OA's 
    go-to-market and sales strategy
     to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a 
    team of BDMs.
  • Lead the full business development cycle — from pipeline generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Own CRM, forecasting, and performance reporting — ensuring transparency and accountability across the sales function.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years
     of proven business development leadership, preferably in 
    BPO, outsourcing, or offshore staffing
    .
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable sales teams and 
    closing B2B deals
    .
  • Strong understanding of the global outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with C-suite clients.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by growth and innovation.
