QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (graduate of any 4-year course, undergrad, high school grad)
- Excellent time management skills
- Computer literate
- With excellent oral and written communication skill
- With pleasing and charismatic personality
- Driving skill is an advantage
- Goal oriented, customer oriented, trustworthy, and assertive
DAILY OCCURRING
- Monitoring sales leads and ensure availability of stocks.
- Maintaining accurate records such as customer database for communications.(showroom duty)
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of showroom, promotional display, sales reception, and sales office.
- Understanding the characters, capabilities and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information including comparing different competitive models.
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Establishing rapport with potential customer to improve possibility of sale in the future.
- Assisting the customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Demonstrates vehicle features and explaining warranties and services. And takes client for test drives.(releasing and showroom duty)
- Collaborating with team members to reach target sales.
- Determine the needs of the client by listening and asking questions to respond about the car, financing, and purchase process.
- Coordinate with the finance department to determine each client's financing and ownership options.
- Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, completing sales, and purchasing contracts.
- Negotiate car prices and trade- in values for customer vehicles.
- Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
- Create goals.
- Conducting research how to reach target sales. ( to reach target sales)
- Reviewing sales processes. (sales)
- Contact past clients to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle.
OCCURRING ON A MONTHLY BASIS
- Aim to achieve monthly and annual target.
- Benchmarking from competitors.
- Mall display/ outdoor activities participation
OCCURRING PERIODICALLY
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as attending seminars, trainings, trade exhibitors, conferences, meetings, and professional (VIA ZOOM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,346.00 per month
