The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the performance of eight (8) Sellers assigned in Baguio, Pangasinan, and La Union. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, proper market coverage, and execution of trade programs. The Sales Supervisor will directly report to the Operations Manager (OM) and serve as a key driver of field sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and monitor the daily performance of 8 Sellers across Baguio, Pangasinan, and La Union.
  • Ensure the team achieves sales targets, collection efficiency, and market penetration goals.
  • Oversee route planning, territory assignments, and effective market coverage.
  • Conduct regular trade checks and validate sellers' compliance with sales and merchandising standards.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance evaluation for Sellers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager on sales strategies, field issues, and performance updates.
  • Analyze sales reports and recommend action plans to address gaps or opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with trade partners and key accounts within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in field sales supervision (FMCG background is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in sales reporting, territory management, and trade execution.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to be field-based and cover Baguio, Pangasinan, and La Union.
  • Warehouse and office are situated in Villasis, Pangasinan; relocation assistance will be provided.

Pay: Php26, Php29,000.00 per month
