About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Outreach Executive to join our team in January 2026. This office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about connecting with potential clients to drive business growth.

You will play a key role in identifying, researching, and qualifying new leads through various channels, supporting our sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry sources
  • Qualify leads and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system
  • Initiate contact via email, phone, and social media to set up meetings or product demos
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Maintain and update lead information to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (1–2 years minimum preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
