Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Company Overview: Forage International is a leading supplier of premium-quality agricultural commodities, including rice, sugar, and other essential products, to meet the demands of the Philippine market. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team and contribute to our financial success.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries to meet customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipments.

  • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare and organize shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated.

  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays or damaged shipments.

  • Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (preferred).

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed.
