Airfreight Logistics Coordinator
we've been searching for.

In this role, you'll manage the
end-to-end process of international air shipments — from booking to delivery
— ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance every step of the way. You'll work closely with airlines, agents, and clients to keep shipments running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Air Shipment Coordination:
    Manage and monitor international airfreight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring all deadlines and service levels are met.
  • Airline & Agent Management:
    Coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders for rate negotiations, flight bookings, and space confirmations.
  • Documentation Handling:
    Prepare and review airfreight documents such as Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Customs & Compliance:
    Ensure all air export shipments comply with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade requirements.
  • Tracking & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate shipment tracking and provide clients with timely updates on cargo status and exceptions.
  • Client Coordination:
    Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries, resolve shipment issues, and ensure smooth logistics operations.

What You Need:

  • Airfreight Expertise:
    Proven experience managing international air shipments, including airline bookings, rate negotiations, and coordination with agents.
  • Export Documentation Knowledge:
    Skilled in preparing and verifying all necessary export documentation for air shipments.
  • Customs & Trade Compliance:
    Strong understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Client & Vendor Management:
    Experience handling relationships with clients, airlines, and freight partners.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable using digital tools and logistics platforms to track, analyze, and optimize shipment performance.
