Job Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers to ensure achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow key accounts and expand the client base within the unit.
  • Oversee the execution of account management activities, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reviews, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales pipelines, and strategic initiatives.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and coordinate resources to meet client needs effectively.

Qualification:

  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in account management or sales.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
