Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems.
  • Report repairs to warranty providers
  • Keeps records and Manage Inventory
  • You are required to produce a requisition slips before requesting a part from our parts custodian.
  • Receives and checks the completeness and condition of all (Spare Parts and Others) that requested
  • Inspect the received items for possible defects and damages, and store them in a secure and organized manner.
  • Maintains and safe keeps stocks in their proper Bin Location.
  • Submit Daily monitoring report to Service Head Manager as required
  • Coordinates purchase request & order of sites for the repair of their units
  • Perform other function assigned by his/her superior.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • NC2 Certificate in Computer / Electronic Servicing or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
  • Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • With or without experience
