The Salaried Unit Head will be under the Salaried Agency Leader's Program and will participate as well in the Zonal activities of the Recruiting Leader's Zone. The role is an independent leader, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and development of Financial Advisors of the Unit.

The role will directly report to the Zone Head. A salaried unit can create an impact by fostering a collaborative team culture, implementing efficient processes, staying updated on industry trends, and consistently delivering results.

Salaried Agency Leader Eligibility:

  • The Top Sales Leaders from the Bancassurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Auto Dealership and FMCG Industry with at least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Agency Leaders from the Insurance industry with good track record in Sales Management, Recruitment and Development of Advisors and Leaders
  • With proven ability and experience in building High Performing Teams
  • Relatively young but achieved success early in his/her career
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven Leadership Skills and Excellent Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • High use of technology / digital tools
