The AR Associate is responsible for monitoring, organizing, and managing accounts receivable to support accurate financial records and timely collections. This role involves proactive follow-ups, resolving payment discrepancies, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track payments, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Conduct proactive collection activities and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues or overdue balances.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, including AR status, aging analysis, and cash flow projections, to support management decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data, records, and documents.
  • Adhere to established AR procedures, processes, and internal controls.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing AR-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze and record delivery receipts (DRs) from assigned areas, ensuring correct amounts and discounts are applied.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of daily DR submissions.
  • Prepare counter receipts and process BIR 2307 forms submitted by customers.
  • Assist in collection follow-ups, particularly for overdue accounts.
  • Collaborate with the AR Team Lead/Supervisor to resolve complex or special customer issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Financial Management or any related business/accounting course.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks or SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work effectively under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and good moral character.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
