About the role

As an Account Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This full-time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health and operations of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations
  • Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding payments and negotiate payment terms as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records and generate detailed reports on receivables
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve any billing or collection issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
