Accounts Receivable Associate (Billing Department)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic Billing Department. If you are passionate about finance and have strong analytical skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounts receivable activities
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Track and resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Process incoming payments and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment inquiries
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
  • Generate financial reports related to receivables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth billing operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related business course is a plus
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing is preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
