About the role

As an Account Receivables Associate at S.M.Flow Company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and will involve working closely with the finance team to ensure timely collections and maintain a healthy cash flow for the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform daily accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, follow-up on outstanding payments, and managing customer accounts
  • Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement strategies for improving the company's collection processes
  • Provide regular reports on accounts receivable performance to management
  • Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable or credit control
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable best practices and industry regulations
