We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team. This role involves supporting invoice processing, monitoring payments, and assisting with account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of client billing statements
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Accurately record and reconcile customer payments
  • Help identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records of accounts receivable activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to address payment-related inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
  • Internship experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Office-based role in a collaborative and supportive work environment

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
