Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Associate plays a key role in supporting the Finance Division by ensuring timely and accurate recording of daily sales transactions. Responsibilities include consolidating and validating sales reports, reconciling sales data against system records and bank deposits, and analyzing variances. The role also involves coordinating with Operations and HR to resolve discrepancies and maintain alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and validate daily sales transactions across multiple channels
  • Reconcile sales data with system records and bank deposits
  • Investigate and analyze discrepancies or variances in sales and deposit records
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR to resolve reporting inconsistencies
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist in preparing periodic receivables reports and summaries for management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting or any business-related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to issue resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
