Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, is a must
  • Proficiency in procurement software or systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure goods and services from suppliers, ensuring the best value and quality
  • Manage the procurement process, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services
  • Analyze and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track procurement and inventory performance
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
