
Procurement and Inventory Officer

Job Qualifications:
- ·Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or any 4-year business related course
- With at least 1 year related work experience in procurement, equipment/facilities maintenance and monitoring
- Preferably with supervisory experience but not a requirement
- Familiarity with various office equipment types, their maintenance needs, and basic repair procedures.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, Makati and BGC
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Procurement:
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Perform buying duties when necessary.
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate teams.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best price among potential suppliers.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Check orders when they arrive to ensure that items have been delivered correctly and that items meet specifications.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Coordinates the maintenance and repairs of the company assets (laptop, phones, desktop, etc.)
- Monitors compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and completion, as well as the condition of equipment.
- Suggests list of service centers or shops for maintenance and repairs.
- Requests for quotation or job order to shops/stores.
Inventory Management:
- Maintaining accurate records of all equipment, including serial numbers, location, and condition.
- Tracking equipment usage and ensuring proper storage and security.
- Identify items and company-owned office assets that are for disposal; and ensure that these items are properly disposed.
- Conducting regular equipment inspections to identify potential problems.
Others:
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to equipment maintenance, operation and disposal.
- Reviews and recommends possible improvement of the processes.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the President and Executive Management.
