We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This is a full-time position that offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document the actions taken to address their concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and identify areas for process improvement
- Provide feedback and suggestions to help enhance the company's products and services
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High Graduate (K-12)
- College level or graduate is an advantage but not required
- With or without BPO/CSR experience (training provided)
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be based in Cagayan de Oro or willing to relocate
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Computer literate and comfortable with basic office applications
