A Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Customer Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence. In addition to direct support, CSRs are expected to document customer interactions, escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed, and proactively follow up to ensure resolutions meet customer expectations.
