We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Cagayan de Oro site as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner. CSRs act as the company's frontliners, ensuring every interaction builds trust and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate details on products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals including quality, efficiency, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Promote a positive customer-first culture in all interactions.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Good problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior BPO or CSR experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate and comfortable with multiple systems or customer service tools.
