Responsibilities

  1. Deliver training programs for assigned operational units, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skills enhancement, and other trainings as agreed.
  2. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to identified employees related to operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and related system operations
  3. Support the development and/or develop learning courses in taking into consideration market research for best practices, and current frontline work practices.
  4. Actively identify performance challenges and skill gaps, and recommend and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
  5. Complete training-related tasks assigned by the company or senior management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Experience in customer service training in the banking and credit industries is preferred.
  3. Strong logical thinking, learning, and ability to grasp new knowledge and company operations rapidly.
  4. Outgoing personality, strong communication and writing skills, and willingness to share knowledge.
  5. Able to work onsite and align training schedules with business operation hours.
