About the role
TAPA KING INC' is seeking a talented and experienced BOH Trainer to join our growing team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time BOH Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive training programmes for new and existing kitchen staff
- Ensure all kitchen staff are following standard operating procedures and food safety regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of kitchen staff, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain efficient kitchen workflows and systems
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine kitchen-related policies and procedures
- Foster a positive, productive, and learning-focused work environment in the kitchen
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a BOH Trainer or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate kitchen staff
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in kitchen operations and staff performance
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a passion for the hospitality industry
