Administrative-Facilities and Warehouse Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for warehouse, commercial space, facility requirements and (e.g., racking systems, shelving, pallets, forklifts, packaging materials, maintenance services, utilities, locations)
- Initiate contact with potential suppliers, request quotations, and conduct price and service comparisons.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure cost-efficient pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Build and maintain a database of accredited and reliable suppliers for warehouse and facility needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, facilities) to gather specifications and confirm purchase requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, POs, and contract agreements in line with company procurement policies.
- Ensure that vendor contracts and agreements are properly documented and kept up to date.
- Handle follow-ups with suppliers and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Support budget planning and cost monitoring for warehouse and facility expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in administrative work with direct involvement in procurement, preferably in a facilities or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, facilities management, and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is preferred.

- Attention to detail and process compliance.
- Ability to prioritize urgent requirements without compromising cost-efficiency.
