Warehouse Supervisor

Join Hacienda Macaluan, Inc., Calabarzon's premier dairy and coconut processing company, as Warehouse Supervisor. Lead warehouse logistics to support our high‑volume production of dairy and coconut products, while ensuring full compliance with cGMP, HACCP, FSMS, and safety standards.

  • Expanded into integrated coconut processing for export, including zero‑waste operations and cogeneration from biomass.
  • Facilities include an automated milking parlor and a modern processing plant located at the foot of Mt. Makiling in Brgy. Mabacan, Calauan, Laguna.
  • Operates under strict international food safety and quality standards, consistently audited for regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, order picking, loading, dispatch—ensuring prompt and accurate product flow
  • Lead cycle count and full monthly inventory; reconcile discrepancies and prepare variance and KPI reports
  • Monitor material movements, approve stock withdrawals, and validate records in SAP system
  • Ensure materials and finished goods are stored and handled per specifications and food‑safety protocols
  • Manage maintenance coordination for racking, forklifts, delivery trucks, and cold storage units with Engineering
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, work instructions, and logistics standards across operations
  • Onboard, coach, and upskill warehouse team members on SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance (cGMP, HACCP)

Qualifications & Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • 2 + years in warehouse or logistics supervision within manufacturing (preferably food)
  • Proven ability to reconcile inventory and control physical flow of goods
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, team‑building, and report‑writing skills

Preferred (not required):

  • Certifications in HACCP, FSMS, safety standards, or forklift operation
  • Prior exposure to audit-driven environments (e.g. ISO/FDA/FDA-equivalent)
  • Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment or cold storage management

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱32,000/month

Package Includes:

· 13th‑month pay

· Paid overtime and statutory leave
