Job Description:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and enforce proper warehousing procedures, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods.
  • Plan and oversee delivery schedules to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and logistics activities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly OPCOM reports.
  • Brings strong background in e-commerce platform transactions such as Shopee and TikTok, integrating online sales operations with warehouse activities to streamline fulfillment and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in executive support, office administration, or warehouse operations; background in e-commerce transactions (Shopee, TikTok, or similar platforms) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and familiarity with online sales platforms.
  • Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and experience in document preparation, filing systems, and financial monitoring (accounts receivable, petty cash, reimbursements).
  • Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO procedures, supplier/vendor coordination, and delivery scheduling.
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and manage social media/website-based orders.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, permits, and safety standards in office and warehouse settings.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently while supporting executives and cross-functional teams.
